In 1985, Michael J. Fox starred a time travel movie for a whole new generation when he hopped inside a tricked-out DeLorean and zoomed back in time. Undoubtedly, Back to the Future is the decade’s most successful film, earning over $388 million at the box office.
By the way, did you know that the original name for this sci-fi movie from the 80s was Spaceman From Pluto? We’re glad that someone convinced director Robert Zemeckis to change it to Back to the Future. It was such a ridiculous title!
