Almond & lemon meringue roulade

Write down the ingredients for this deli centerpiece: 4 egg whites, 225g caster sugar, 1 tsp white wine vinegar, 1tsp almond extract, 50g ground almond, 300ml double cream, 6 tbsp lemon curd, 1 tbsp toasted flaked almond, 1-2 tbsp icing sugar, and 3 strawberries, halved, to decorate.

Step 1: Line a Swiss roll tin with baking parchment. Step 2: Whisk the egg whites until stiff. Add the sugar until glossy. Step 3: Fold in the almond extract, ground almonds, and vinegar. Step 4: Pour into the Swiss roll tin and bake for 30-35 mins.
